Willard B. Fulton

Willard Bernard Fulton was born on September 15, 1944, in St. Louis Missouri to Otto and Irene Fulton. He was the oldest of five children. Willard’s parents two siblings, Sandra, Kenny and one grandson, Keith Beverly II, proceeded him in death.

Willard was educated in the East St. Louis school district and graduated from East St. Louis high school in 1965. Shortly after graduation, he joined the army.

Willard met his happy forever wife Rosalyn in 1977 and they became inseparable.

Willard loved riding his 750 Honda and hanging with his motorcycle family. One of his favorite pastimes was building his Lionel train set. Willard was truly multifaceted from starting his company, Fulton Trucking, building and rehabbing homes to volunteering at the many community events that Rosalyn coordinated for Peoples Health Centers. Willard counted his 75th surprise birthday party as one of the highlights of his life! Friends and family members came from across the country to enjoy his company and to show him their love.

In 2023, Willard began showing signs of dementia and within the next two years the disease progressed until Friday, December 13, when he peacefully went home to glory. Willard leaves to cherish his memory, a devoted wife, Rosalyn, his loving children, Kisha, Dawn, and Richard (Denise) God daughter, Latitia Hollins; Sister, Gwen (Lawrence); Brother, Michael; Sisters-in-law Marva (Larry), Margie, Marlynn; Brothers-in-law Kirby, Michael (Betty Ann); and a host of other family and friends.
