Rosie was born in Missouri to the union of Edith and F.C.Hogsett. She accepted Christ into her life at young age. She enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends, especially her loved siblings. She loved her Pepsi with ice and perfume. She graduated from Vashon High school and alsoattended cosmetology school. She worked at Faith West hospital and her last career endeavor was at Grace Hill. Where she gave back to the community, including food pantries and utility assistants. She enjoyed giving back to her community and in addition helping her family and friends. She proceeded in life her mother and father, her oldest brother Fred and her youngest brother Charlie Flyod. To cherish her memories she leaves behind her sisters Juanita and Barbar Ann. Her children Monique and Marquitia, two grandchildren Antonio and Darinae and 5 great grand children and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces Nephews and Cousins.
