Robert Mitchell

Robert was born September 3, 1932 in Greenada, Mississippi to
George Holman and Hester Jackson. He received his education in
the St. Louis, Missouri School District.
He was employed at McDonald Douglas, retiring in 1985 after
thirty-five years of service. He would proudly brag that he helped
build part of the spaceships.
He was drafted into the U.S. Army in 1952 where he proudly served
and protected his country during the Korean War.
Robert married Elizabeth Atkins on October 28, 1962; to this union
one child was born, Kimberly Mitchell on February 25, 1965, who
preceded him in death. His brother, Woody Holman, also preceded
him in death.
He leaves behind: his loving wife ~ Elizabeth Mitchell; his sister ~
Margaret Williams; his grandchildren ~ Denise Mitchell, Elizabeth
(Bug) Mitchell and Anthony Mitchell; and a host of nieces, nephews,
cousins and friends.
