Fred R. Davis Jr.

Fred Riley Davis Jr. was born in St. Louis, Missouri April 20, 1939, to the union of Fred Riley Davis Sr. and Ada Mae Cargill Davis who proceeded him in death.
Fred was the firstborn of 10 children. Fermetha, Georgia, Shirley, Norman, Richard all who preceded him in death.
Fred attended First Baptist Church of Crevecoeur where he served under the leadership of Pastor Lacy and was baptized on July 7, 2002.
Fred attended Kinloch High School where he graduated in 1957. One of Fred’s passions during his high school days was playing basketball. Fred held the position of being the
treasurer for the Kinloch High School class reunions for several years. Fred grew to love many other passions which were shopping, attending St. Louis Cardinals
baseball games cheering his favorite baseball team to victory, and bowling. You could find Fred at many different bowling tournaments dominating the sport until his health began
to fail. Fred was a man who carried many hats during his employment years. Fred was employed at The Chase Park Plaza, Kroger Bakery as the Head Baker, and then hung up his hat of
employment when he retired from Kirkwood School District. Fred was united in Holy Matrimony to Rusherye Jerdean Williams on July 3, 1976. To this
union no children were born. Rusherye proceeded Fred in death. Fred leaves behind two sisters Beverly Daniels (Richard) Terri Peal two brothers Melvin Davis (Rita) Ronald Davis, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
